Delyth Curtis

Del Curtis was approved as the Chief Executive of Cheshire West and Chester Council in July 2023, having been the Deputy Chief Executive of Health and Wellbeing for the Council for the previous six years.

Prior to her arrival at Cheshire West and Chester, Del held a number of senior leadership positions across health and social care. 

These included Director of Social Care and Deputy Chief Executive of Blackpool Council - as well as NHS management positions across performance, commissioning and service transformation with Lancashire Teaching Hospitals. and Fylde and Blackpool Primary Care Trusts.

Del has a wealth of experience and strong relationships across the local health and social care landscape, and a track record of driving the delivery of good outcomes for residents and communities.
