NHS Cheshire and Merseyside Annual General Meeting 2025

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside’s third Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held at No 1 Mann Island in Liverpool on Thursday 25 September.

The meeting was opened by Chair Raj Jain, before Chief Executive Cathy Elliott presented key highlights from our 2024-25 Annual Report. 

The new interim Director of Finance and Contracting, Andrea McGee, then presented the annual accounts ahead of a short public Q&A session, during which Board members responded to questions about patient data record sharing, career development within the primary care sector, and the recruitment of non-clinical posts.

The event was followed by the meeting of the Board of NHS Cheshire and Merseyside.
