The Cheshire and Merseyside System Quality Group (SQG) has collaborated with Cheshire and Merseyside Provider Collaborative (CMPC) and providers to create the Cheshire and Merseyside Red Lines Toolkit.

This toolkit is designed to ensure the safest and best possible care for any patient who does not reside within the designated clinical areas when escalation is ongoing.
