Following receipt of the application by the partners of Modality, St Helens, the St Helens Place Primary Care Group will discuss the merits of the application and make a recommendation on whether the closure is supported. 

Please note that this is a meeting 'in public' and not a public meeting. Members of the public can attend to observe the formal meeting, but observers are not permitted to join in the discussion.
