Old subfertility policies

The following fertility treatment policies were inherited by NHS Cheshire and Merseyside from predecessor clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) in 2022. 

Following a public consultation in summer 2025, NHS Cheshire and Merseyside published a new interim subfertility policy, replacing the individual policies below.
