Prof Rowan Pritchard Jones

Rowan trained in Bristol as a Plastic Reconstructive Surgeon with a special interest in skin cancer. He has worked all over the world, earning his Fellowship in the United States and working with the US Army Trauma Team. He has performed cleft reconstruction in the Nepalese Himalayas and served as a British Military Surgeon.

Rowan was previously Medical Director for St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, having worked for the organisation for 15 years – including six years as a Consultant.

Rowan is passionate about exploring the huge potential across Cheshire and Merseyside to innovate, collaborate and drive ambitious change.
